Making the most of the festive season while being lactose-intolerant (or dairy-free) can be fun and easy with our yummy alcohol-free egg-nog recipe!

Recipe:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Method:

  1. Firstly, beat the egg yolks, honey and vanilla together until the mixture is light and smooth.
  2. Add in the nutmeg, almond milk and coconut milk, blending until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Pop the mixture into the fridge for 2-4 hours until chilled.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
