Making the most of the festive season while being lactose-intolerant (or dairy-free) can be fun and easy with our yummy alcohol-free egg-nog recipe!
Recipe:
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Method:
- Firstly, beat the egg yolks, honey and vanilla together until the mixture is light and smooth.
- Add in the nutmeg, almond milk and coconut milk, blending until all the ingredients are combined.
- Pop the mixture into the fridge for 2-4 hours until chilled.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
