I follow a theory that all symptoms have a root cause. I consider the entire person and their health history when connecting the dots, not just one area of the body. I offer individual consultations where I conduct a thorough assessment of nutrient status, use genetic history, private laboratory testing, science based / researched recommendations in all protocols, easy to use meal plans, health and wellness rationales, support along side existing medical diagnoses. Protocols usually involve a 12 week plan, covering dietary and lifestyle recommendations and supplemental support when addressing any imbalances or dysfunctions. With regular follow ups to assess progress and interpret test results.
